Before the registration deadline, candidates can log on to the IELTS registration website of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education to transfer to the exam (only change the date and/or test center) or withdraw from the exam and pay the formalities fee. After the registration deadline, applications for transfer and non-medical reasons will no longer be accepted. After the written test date, or after the candidates have taken any test subjects, no application for withdrawal will be accepted.
