The Regulations on Kindergarten Work clearly stipulates that the educational task of kindergartens is to implement the principle of combining conservation with education, to provide children with comprehensive education in physical, intellectual, moral and aesthetic aspects, to promote the harmonious development of children's body and mind, and to provide convenience for their parents to work with peace of mind. Under the new situation, the connotation of the dual tasks of kindergartens has a new meaning: (1) Kindergartens shoulder unshirkable social responsibilities and should serve the society and make contributions to social development. (2) Kindergarten bears the responsibility of educating children for all-round development.
