Main achievements: Feng Yuning served as a joint county government document, civil affairs clerk in the 18th and 15th special departments of Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei, head of the 8th district of Jixian County, director of the education department of Jixian County, dean of the 7th branch of Jianguo College in Jidong, director of the education department of Zunhua County, deputy secretary and secretary of the third general branch of Tangshan local government, researcher, deputy director and deputy secretary of the teaching and research section of the Party School of Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, deputy secretary of the student branch, and head and researcher of the student training department. 1987 retired and enjoyed the treatment of the CPC.
