Treatment conditions

Organizers and personnel to be hired must have the required qualifications, have a suitable name, have the articles of association of the kindergarten and corresponding rules and regulations, have gardens, venues, equipment, facilities and books and materials that meet the requirements, and meet the requirements in terms of scale, class arrangement and staffing (see the Registration Form for Examination and Approval of Kindergarten Nurseries in Guangzhou for details).

Processing cycle and service commitment

Complete the audit within 3 months after acceptance.

List of materials to be submitted for handling affairs

1. Application report;

2. Feasibility report and articles of association;

3. Letter of intent for cooperation or cooperation agreement (contract) signed by both parties;

4. Audit opinions of the competent business department of the cooperative Chinese side;

5. Certified or notarized credit certificate of the foreign party;

6. List of supporting documents and equipment of the park site and the assets of the park;

7. A capital verification report issued by an accounting firm;

8. Qualification documents of the chairman and directors;

9. Kindergarten decision-making body, list of board members, and staff preparation plan;
