Jinci Temple is located at the foot of the hanging urn and the source of Jinshui, 25 kilometers southwest of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. It is a precious historical and cultural heritage integrating China's ancient architecture, gardens, sculptures, murals and inscriptions, and it is also a magnificent chapter in the history of world architecture, gardens and sculptures from the 7th century to the12nd century. 2. Shanxi Museum
brief introduction
Shanxi Museum covers an area of 168 mu with a total investment of nearly 400 million yuan. It is one of the few large modern comprehensive museums in China.
The main hall consists of four floors, with "Jin Soul" as the basic exhibition theme. There are historical and cultural exhibitions on the second and third floors, and art exhibitions on the fourth floor.
There are about 400,000 precious collections, among which the cultural relics of Taosi Site in the Neolithic Age, the cultural relics of the Shang Dynasty and the cultural relics of Shanxi merchants in the Ming and Qing Dynasties are quite distinctive.

3. Mengshan Giant Buddha Tourist Area
brief introduction
Mengshan Giant Buddha, also known as Xishan Giant Buddha, was originally a cliff Buddha statue behind Mengshan Kaihua Temple. At the end of Yuan Dynasty, Mengshan Buddha was destroyed.
1980, Mengshan Giant Buddha was rediscovered. When it was discovered, the Buddha's head had disappeared, and the Buddha's body was buried by earth and stone, which was severely weathered.
The height from the bottom of the leg to the neck is about 30 meters, and the original height is about 46 meters. The head of the current giant Buddha was newly chiseled by later generations.

4. Shuangta Temple
brief introduction
Shuangta Temple was founded in 1599. The temple is built on the mountain, facing south, and consists of three parts: front yard, back yard and tower yard.
There are two towers in the Tayuan, one is the hall and the other is the back hall. There are some buildings in the backyard, such as Daxiong Hall, Sansheng Pavilion, Zen Hall and Abbot.
The main hall of Shuangta Temple is an imitation brick-wood structure. The whole building has no beam frame, no wood, and is made of bricks, and the carving is fine and generous.
Throughout the ages, the Twin Towers of the Twin Towers Temple have attracted worldwide attention, known as the "Jinyang Wonder" and regarded as the symbol of Taiyuan. The "Lingxiao Twin Towers" has been listed as one of the eight scenic spots in the ancient city of Taiyuan in the local chronicles of past dynasties.

8. Notre Dame Hall
brief introduction
This is the main hall of Jinci Temple. Notre Dame was built in memory of Jiang Ziya's daughter, Zhou Wuwang's wife and Zhou Chengwang's mother Jiang Yi.
The temple was built in the Northern Song Dynasty and has a history of nearly a thousand years.
There are no load-bearing columns in the temple, which increases the space in the temple a lot. This strange structure is very rare.

9. China Coal Museum

brief introduction
Fish pond flying beam is located in front of Notre Dame de Jinci in the southwest of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. It is a beautiful ancient bridge building. Built in the Northern Wei Dynasty, it is under the same roof as Notre Dame Cathedral in the Northern Song Dynasty, with a history of over 1500 years. The whole girder is a relic of the Song Dynasty. This cross bridge is also an isolated case among the existing ancient bridges in China, and it is the first batch of national first-class cultural relics announced by the State Council. There is a fence around to rely on. The ancients took the circle as the pool and the square as the marsh. Because the marsh was originally the second largest source of water in Shanxi, with a larger flow and more fish, it was named Fish Marsh. Thirty-four small octagonal stone pillars are erected in the swamp, with a bucket arch and a pillow beam at the top to support the cross-shaped bridge deck. This is the flying beam.
