First, to standardize sports behavior as the origin.

Good sports behavior habits are an important part of moral education. In physical education class, we should always standardize students' sports behavior, strictly abide by the rules of physical exercise, and can't take training for granted. We should carefully plan the preparatory activities, basic activities and relaxation activities around the teaching objectives. From the beginning of preparation, it should be emphasized that students should abide by classroom discipline and follow the requirements of classroom routine. At this time, I will always tell students some examples or use metaphors to emphasize the importance of regulating sports behavior. In sports, many projects are accomplished through collective unity and cooperation. As a physical education teacher, we should also grasp and guide students to actively participate in physical exercise in class. The Outline of the National Fitness Program puts forward that students should be educated to carry out lifelong physical education and cultivate their awareness, skills and habits of physical exercise.
