About 1 ten thousand yuan per month. Through the interpretation of the Regulations on the Construction of Counselors in Colleges and Universities and the Guiding Outline of College Students' Mental Health Education, this paper points out that it is important for counselors to master basic psychological knowledge and consulting service methods to carry out students' mental health education, and points out that the job orientation of secondary psychological counseling stations is to play an intermediary role and the goal is to improve students' psychological quality. Based on this, this paper shares the experience of building a secondary psychological counseling station in xidian university from five aspects: top-level design, position construction, work carrier, work assessment and training research, such as conducting targeted heart-to-heart talks according to students' different development stages and designing "one hospital, one product" special activities.
