Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 The Education Development Center of the China Committee for the Care of the Next Generation is a national institution directly led by the China Committee for the Care of the Next Generation, which provides assistance for the education and development of children and adolescents in China.

Chapter II Appointment

Article 9 Contact and conduct friendly exchanges and research exchanges with compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, overseas Chinese, foreign friendly groups and people, and international educational organizations and institutions for children and adolescents, so as to strengthen mutual cooperation and enhance understanding.

Chapter III Weaving

Article 11 The Education Development Center of the Central Commission for Industry and Commerce employs several directors to form a board of directors. The board of directors shall have a chairman and an executive director.

Article 12: The Education Development Center of the Central Federation of Industry and Commerce implements the responsibility system of the executive director and the secretary-general under the leadership of the Council, with one secretary-general and several deputy secretaries-general to preside over the daily work. There are offices, secretariat, personnel department, finance department, security department, education development department, fund management department, enterprise development department, external liaison department, supervision department and other departments to organize and implement the education development plan.

Article 13 The Education Development Center of the Central Federation of Industry and Commerce may, according to needs, employ a number of domestic and foreign people who have made outstanding contributions to promoting the development of children's education and speeding up the construction of the Committee as honorary directors, or employ a number of celebrities with professional expertise and enthusiastic concern for the next generation of work, children's education experts and scholars as special directors and business consultants. Domestic and foreign people who voluntarily support the education development center project of the Central Federation of Industry and Commerce and donate RMB 2 million can be employed as directors and issue certificates according to the amount of support.

Chapter IV Sources and Management of Funds

Article 14: The funds of the Education Development Center of the China Commission for Industry and Commerce come from the voluntary donations of friendly groups, institutions and individuals at home and abroad who are enthusiastic about the development of children's education, as well as friendly groups, institutions and individuals of overseas Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao; Funding from major enterprises at home and abroad; Capital appreciation and other lawful income.

Article 15 The funds raised by the Education Development Center of the Central Federation of Industry and Commerce, as special funds, shall be directly used for various undertakings aimed at education development, respect the wishes of funding groups and individuals, directly used for designated funded projects, and arranged as reasonably as possible to set up special funds according to business development.

Article 16 the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Education Development Center strictly implements China's financial system and relevant policies and regulations, establishes independent fund management, accounting and auditing systems, regularly announces the income and expenditure of funds and materials to the competent authorities, makes corresponding reports, and accepts the supervision of relevant government departments and the public.

If the funds needed for important education development projects are insufficient, the Council can at least draw a certain amount of comprehensive education development fund from the education development center as a supplement to the expenditure.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 18: The termination of the Center shall take effect after discussion and approval by the competent authority and the Council.

Article 19 The Articles of Association shall be implemented after being approved by the Council and reported to the competent department, China Committee for the Care of the Next Generation. The power of revision belongs to the competent authority and the Council.

Article 20: The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Education Development Center of China Care for the Next Generation Working Committee.
