In order to ensure the development of this activity and achieve practical results, the school has specially formulated the implementation plan of the "Blue Project" in Yongjiang Middle School, made detailed explanations and clear requirements for the training objectives and measures of young teachers, and also formulated practical implementation rules, stipulating that the guidance period is one year. At the end of the year, the school will select the "eight excellent" backbone teachers according to the requirements of the implementation plan. The school also organized key teachers and helpers to hold the swearing-in ceremony of mentoring at the launching ceremony of the activity, and signed a responsibility contract. The launch of the "Blue Plan" has created a good atmosphere for the rapid growth of young teachers, and also built an effective platform for giving play to the exemplary role of key teachers and promoting teachers' communication and interaction.

"Blue Project" Project I, Purpose and Significance

Under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, we should implement the people-oriented education concept, vigorously carry out the "Blue Project" activity, practice the school-running concept of "establishing schools with quality and highlighting characteristics", and accelerate the training of young teachers in our school through refined management, enhance quality awareness and improve teaching quality. It is of great significance to make young teachers mature as soon as possible and become an important teaching backbone in our school.

Two. content and form

1. The activity of "Blue Plan" is to hire some experienced teachers in our school as instructors for young teachers. By instructing teachers, we can teach young teachers teaching skills and teaching art, so that their professional level and teaching level can be improved, and they can become teaching backbones and experts as soon as possible, thus improving the teaching quality of our school in an all-round way.

2. The "Blue Project" activity takes the form of "Belt and Road". Give guidance in lesson preparation, class, homework, proposition, research and so on. In principle, this activity will produce results within one to three years.

1. Instructed young teachers should seriously study the new curriculum standards, study the teaching materials, be familiar with the structure and characteristics of the teaching materials, carefully design the teaching plans, and humbly ask the instructors for advice. The tutor strictly requires young teachers to carefully review the teaching plans and give evaluation opinions or suggestions for improvement. The two sides signed a letter of responsibility. Submit an activity record at the end of each month.

2. Young teachers who accept guidance often listen to the tutor's class and write down what they have learned. They have no less than 30 classes each semester, and they seriously attend introductory courses, customs clearance courses and debriefing classes. Instructors should patiently guide young teachers in the classroom, put forward evaluation opinions in time and write classroom comments, so as to achieve early implementation, mid-term inspection and late acceptance.

3. Instructors should track the teaching situation of the instructed teachers through lectures (unlimited class hours) and lectures, and seriously guide young teachers to participate in teaching and research, curriculum reform and project declaration, so that young teachers can have more opportunities to participate in topic selection and get exercise and improvement from it.

4. Every academic year, the master and apprentice jointly write a working paper or work summary of the "Blue Plan" activity.

1. Activity objective:

Through the "blue project" activities, we will strive to make young teachers become the backbone in half a year, pass the customs in one year and become the backbone in three years.

2. Activity measurement:

The teaching department and the trade union hold regular supervision meetings to conduct periodic evaluation. Instructed young teachers should submit their teaching experience regularly every month, and select advanced individuals of "Blue Project" every academic year. Teachers (including instructors) who participate in the "Blue Project" activities hand in a working paper or work summary of the "Blue Project" activities every academic year.

3. Carefully organize and pay close attention to implementation

Teaching departments and trade union members should strengthen their sense of responsibility, effectively implement the "Blue Project" activity, give full play to the guiding role of teachers, and pay attention to the quality of teacher training, so as to make this activity truly standardized and institutionalized.
