Scope of business competent unit:
The foundation registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the scope of its business unit is the relevant departments of the State Council and the organizations authorized by the State Council (see the Notice of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on Reconfirming the Business Unit of Social Organizations No.41for details). The applicant of the foundation shall determine the competent business unit by himself according to the business scope to be carried out.
The functions of the business unit in charge of the foundation shall cover the business scope of the foundation in charge and be able to provide business guidance to the foundation in charge.
If the business scope of the Foundation involves multiple departments, the competent business unit may be determined according to the main business scope, and the opinions of other relevant units may be solicited as needed.
