The third stage:
"Life is strong, but it is also fragile." At this stage, we show the frequent cases of college students' suicide and murder in colleges and universities all over the country in recent years, and the cruel scene tightens the hearts of every student present. We college students, a special group, are in a transitional stage before entering the society. The pressure that college students face is increasing day by day, so college students become prone to depression, and depression has also become an invisible killer of college students' psychology. After playing this video, we show a set of research data about college students' mental health education, and let students know the importance of mental health in various ways! Then let the students do a psychological test containing 40 small questions and check the test results at random. The results show that some students have certain psychological barriers.
The fourth stage:
"Cherish Life-Reject Bad Hobbies" The bad hobbies among our college students, such as smoking, drinking and gathering people to fight, are the main factors that affect their healthy development. So I showed you an educational film about rejecting bad hobbies. Through playing videos, group discussions and group answers, let students know the harm of bad hobbies, let them know their mission as contemporary college students, help them better understand themselves and refuse bad hobbies.

With the strong support of school leaders and the active participation of teachers and students, the mental health activities in our school ended successfully on June 15.
With the theme of "healthy psychology, harmonious campus" and the slogan of "know yourself, accept yourself and affirm yourself", the teacher publicized and educated the students' mental health knowledge in the lecture, which effectively improved their psychological quality. This semester, guided by the spirit of the document "Opinions on Promoting Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in Suzhou", according to the characteristics of primary education and the law of psychological development of primary school students, our school has carried out various activities for all students, conducted mental health education and counseling for students, and helped students improve their psychological quality, perfect their personality and enhance their ability to resist setbacks and adapt to the environment.
First, strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
(1) Strengthen the construction of professional psychological teachers with "specialty" as the core.
Qualified psychological teachers are professionally trained, and besides having a solid theoretical foundation, they are more practical operation modes and methods. There are two qualified counselors in our school. They seriously participate in various training activities, actively do all kinds of psychological counseling activities in the school, pay attention to the ways and methods of counseling, pay attention to the effectiveness of psychological counseling, and strive to "refine" their majors.

The head teacher is the first level in the three-level psychological monitoring system for students. Therefore, our school attaches great importance to the construction of class teachers. 1. To ensure the effective opening of "Sunshine House".
Our school's psychological counseling room-"Sunshine Room" was rated as a qualified psychological counseling room in Suzhou, and it will continue to open for one hour every day this semester. The teacher on duty in the psychological counseling room is responsible for students' counseling and keeps relevant counseling records. For those with serious problems, we have conducted case follow-up counseling and carefully recorded cases to make mental health education more effective, standardized and scientific. This semester, the tutor of "Sunshine House" gave scientific and patient counseling to 97 cases, among which 12 students gave follow-up counseling, and all of them achieved good results. The "Sunshine House" became the "attendant" of the children.
2. Take the class as the face and carry out effective class group counseling.
This semester, our school further improved students' psychological files and collected and sorted out freshmen's psychological files. According to the characteristics of students in each class, the head teachers of each class give collective counseling once a month to help students form positive and healthy psychology.
