These principles are the basic principles that must be followed in building a working-class political party, the minimum common sense that every activist who wants to join the party must master, and the basic conditions for becoming a members of the Communist Party of China (CPC). This shows that it is very important and necessary for activists to learn and master the basic knowledge of the party. This is because:

First, mastering the basic knowledge of the party is the minimum requirement for activists who want to join the party. To join China, a comrade must first master the basic knowledge of the Party. If you want to join China, you must know what kind of party this party is, what it does, what kind of party it is, the basic conditions for joining the party and so on. Only by understanding these minimum truths can we strengthen our communist beliefs, recognize our historical mission and consciously strive for the magnificent cause of communism. Don't remember the word "make up". A certain number of elective credits are reserved in the teaching plan to ensure that students have the possibility of choosing courses independently. Teaching organizations take courses as management units, strengthen the management of teaching courses and establish a teaching quality assurance system. 3. The new management measures for students participating in undergraduate and junior college open education are mainly embodied in the implementation of "course registration system". According to the student management regulations, students should register for a course in Zhuanghe TV University every semester during their study, so that TV University can arrange teaching and examinations.

4. In the learning process of open education, it is required to make a personal learning plan. According to each student's own characteristics, we should design a study plan, be familiar with the foundation, difficulty and requirements of the courses offered by this major, and let each student have a basic understanding of the courses offered. 5. What is autonomous learning? Autonomous learning means that students have complete initiative in completing their studies, choosing courses and learning methods.
