4. The principle of public welfare. Scientific research practice should adhere to the nature of public welfare, and should not carry out business income generation for the purpose of students' profit.

5. Safety principle. In research and practice, we should insist on safety first, establish safety guarantee mechanism, clarify safety guarantee responsibility, implement safety guarantee measures and ensure students' safety.
