How to embody the concept of "people-oriented" in education and teaching
Duan Ruiming's nine-year compulsory education in Dongying School, Sijiazhuang Town, Luquan City, Hebei Province should reflect the foundation, popularization and development of education, so that our education can face all students and realize everyone's different development. This determines the orientation of our education and teaching: all for students and all for their development. This view embodies the educational concept of "people-oriented". To realize the "people-oriented" educational concept, we teachers must firmly occupy the main position of classroom teaching and fully embody this concept in classroom teaching. First, the change of the role of teachers Any reform is first of all a change of concept. In traditional teaching, teachers are the masters of teaching activities and students are the objects of teachers' imparting knowledge. In the past, our teacher stood on the podium and explained carefully, while the students sat in their seats and listened attentively. However, the new curriculum requires teachers to be organizers, guides and collaborators of students' learning, rather than just imparting knowledge. Teachers will change from condescending authority to "leaders in equality". Teachers and students teach and learn from each other and form a real "learning community" with each other. Teachers' profound knowledge, strong interest in teaching, noble personality, friendly attitude and reasonable words and deeds will all become the objects of students' observation, attention and imitation. Second, classroom teaching should highlight students' dominant position and improve their learning ability. The new teaching concept requires that teaching completely change students' learning methods, let students participate in the process of knowledge formation and development, and enable students to acquire the skills of how to learn and improve their learning ability. In teaching, teachers and students should get along in a harmonious relationship of equality, respect and mutual cooperation, and students should actively participate in pre-class preparation activities, classroom teaching activities and after-class outreach education activities. Only in this way can students become the main body of education, enhance their sense of ownership and truly become the masters of learning, and their learning ability will be improved step by step in active educational activities. Third, improve the teaching mode and create a relaxed and harmonious learning atmosphere. Campos, a humanist educator, thinks: "The task of teachers is not only to stipulate, tradition, template, give orders and cheat, but also to manage the process of existence. This role requires teachers to be promoters, encouragers and helpers. " Teachers must actively participate in students' learning process, create a relaxed and harmonious learning atmosphere, provide lively development space for students, and cultivate students' subjective consciousness, self-learning ability and innovative spirit if they want to be a good promoter, encourager and helper of teaching. Fourth, teachers should change their ideas and respect students' individuality. Teachers should establish a correct view of students, so that every student can get the greatest respect in personality. For example, in class, a student made a little deviation when answering a question. The teacher immediately interrupted the students to correct, but realized that he had made a mistake. He can sincerely say to the students, "I'm sorry to interrupt you!" Please continue! " Therefore, in the actual education and teaching, our teacher might as well bend down or sit among the students and talk to them. We might as well patiently listen to their words that are not fluent or even irrelevant, and don't let them look up to us ... In this way, students will learn from our teachers twice, learn to respect others, form a sound personality, and make the hearts of teachers and students integrate and resonate. Teachers should respect the rights of students. In education and teaching, students are encouraged to actively participate, be willing to explore, respect students' thinking rights and spiritual freedom, guide students to think independently in the teaching process, encourage students to collide with each other, and encourage students to express creative ideas or opinions on solving problems, thus stimulating students' creative thinking. Teachers should also respect students' individual differences. Every student has individual differences, and teachers should respect these differences and create teaching situations in which students actively study in education and teaching, so that each student's enthusiasm can be brought into play and his personality can be developed. 5. Correct evaluation of student teachers should change the single evaluation in the past, change the explicit and static evaluation into multiple, implicit and developmental evaluation, pay attention to the evaluation of students' ability, emotion, attitude and values, and establish an evaluation system based on the principle of "humanization" and the personality characteristics of each student to promote students' all-round development. Therefore, in the usual education and teaching, our teachers should pay attention to the combination of process and result when evaluating students, pay attention to the degree of input of students' learning attitude in the classroom, and see whether the degree of knowledge and ability development they have acquired is consistent with the input of attitude. The student's mind is a fire that needs to be lit, and the teacher's duty is to help students light this fire. "People-oriented" education is "student-centered" education. As educators, we must correct our teaching ideas, enrich our professional knowledge, improve our teaching skills, apply Scientific Outlook on Development's core-"people-oriented" to classroom teaching, and contribute our whole life to cultivating and building the pillars of the motherland!
