Wang Qiwen. According to official website of Shanwei Education Bureau, as of July 2023, the principal of Shanwei Experimental Primary School was Wang Qiwen, and the vice principals were Luo Huahong and Zhan Xiangzi. Wang Qiwen, a native of Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is Rong Xiu, a professor at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and the former party secretary and professor of the Department of Management Science and Information Systems; I mainly study management science and engineering. He has won two first prizes for outstanding teaching achievements in Beijing, two second prizes for national teaching achievements, and Allan-N-Nash Memorial Award for outstanding doctoral graduates from the Business School of the University of Maryland.
