Second, the recruitment conditions

(2) Having a household registration in Chaoyang City, and the deadline for household registration is before June 30, 2022.

(4) Educational requirements:
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or above in normal education (the major studied at the postgraduate undergraduate stage is normal education).
(5) Professional requirements:

Third, the recruitment process
(A) release recruitment information
Recruitment announcements are posted on the websites of Chaoyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau () and People's Government of Longcheng District, Chaoyang City ().
(2) Registration and qualification examination

2. Qualification examination.
The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Longcheng District conducts qualification examination on the candidates, mainly examining the identity cards and academic certificates provided by the candidates, as well as the academic qualifications and other required certification materials involved in the recruitment information.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who fails to meet the requirements of applying for a post or practices fraud will be disqualified at any time once found. At the same time, those who have been disqualified from the examination or canceled their employment due to fraud will be recorded and may not participate in the recruitment examination organized by Longcheng District for five years.
3. Upon examination, it is confirmed that qualified personnel will receive the written test admission ticket at the windows 5 1, 52 and 53 on the second floor of Longcheng District Administrative Service Center from 09:00- 16:00 on February 3 to 4, 2023. Those who fail to receive the written test admission ticket within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the test automatically.
4. The communication methods reported by candidates should be accurate and effective, and ensure smooth communication during the registration period. Candidates should be responsible for the consequences caused by poor communication.
5. Each candidate with valid identity is only allowed to apply for one recruitment position.
6. Registration is limited by the proportion of post opening examinations.
When the ratio of the number of effective applicants to the number of recruitment positions is less than 2: 1, the recruitment plan for this position will be cut or cancelled, and an announcement will be made on the website of Longcheng District People's Government.
Candidates who apply for cancelled positions can apply for other eligible positions that have not been cancelled within the specified time.

7. This exam does not specify an exam counseling book, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold an exam counseling training class.
(3) Examination
The examination consists of two parts: written examination and interview. The full marks of written test and interview are 100, which are included in the total score by 50% conversion (the score is reserved for three decimal places).
From the high score to the low score in the written test, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment plans 1: 2, and the last interviewer takes part in the interview at the same time.
The interview candidates, time and place are published on the website of the People's Government of Longcheng District, Chaoyang City (). Candidates are requested to log in and inquire in time after the written test. Those who fail to attend the interview according to the specified time are deemed to have given up the interview automatically.

2. Interview: The interview will be conducted in the form of a trial lecture, with the content of the professional knowledge of the subjects reported, and the time will be 10 minute (the talent show will be increased for those who apply for music and art positions, and the talent show time will be limited to 10 minute). 3. According to the order from high score to low score, the candidates for physical examination are determined according to the actual number of recruitment positions. The ranking method of candidates' total score is: the one with the highest total score ranks first; The total score is tied and the interview score is high; If the interview results are tied again, the participants will be determined by interview and test.
(4) Physical examination and inspection
(1) Physical examination
The candidates, time and place of physical examination are published on the website of the People's Government of Longcheng District, Chaoyang City (). After the interview, please log in and inquire in time. Those who fail to participate in the medical examination at the prescribed time shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination qualification.
The physical examination is organized and implemented by the Longcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau with reference to the requirements and standards of civil servants' physical examination. During the physical examination, the physical examination doctor and the person with avoidance relationship should withdraw.
Any staff member who violates the operating rules, practices fraud, engages in malpractices for personal gain, neglects his duty and causes adverse consequences shall be punished in accordance with relevant regulations.
In the process of physical examination, those who resort to deceit or conceal the real situation, resulting in distorted physical examination results, will not be employed.
Candidates who question the results of the first physical examination shall be re-examined by the Longcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Those who are still unqualified shall be regarded as unqualified in the physical examination and shall not be used as inspection candidates.
For the positions vacated due to unqualified medical examination or abandonment of medical examination qualification, the candidates who passed the interview for the same position will be replenished in order of high score to low score, and the total scores will be replenished in order of interview results from high score to low score, and the interview results will be re-interviewed to determine the candidates for medical examination.
Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation.
The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
(2) Investigation
Longcheng District Education Bureau will review the qualifications of the personnel to be inspected by consulting files.
If it is found during the inspection that it does not meet the recruitment requirements, its employment qualification will be cancelled and the results will be informed to the inspected personnel.
If there is a vacancy after the inspection is unqualified, it will not be replenished.
Those who pass the inspection shall be submitted by the inspection unit to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Longcheng District, and determined as the personnel to be hired.
(5) Publicity
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be employed, and will be publicized on the website of the People's Government of Longcheng District, Chaoyang City () for 7 working days.
If there is no objection to the publicity or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment examination and approval procedures shall be handled; Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence will not be hired and the vacant positions will not be filled; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after investigation.
(vi) Job choice and employment
1, position selection.
If there is no objection after publicity, the Longcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau shall be responsible for the transfer work. When candidates applying for the same recruitment position choose the recruitment position, the one with the highest total score is preferred, and the one with the highest interview score is preferred. After the recruitment position is confirmed, there will be no vacancies due to personal waiver or other reasons, and no separate filing will be made.
2. Employment.
The Education Bureau of Longcheng District will organize to fill in the Record Form for Recruiting Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Longcheng District of Chaoyang City, and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Longcheng District will handle the employment procedures, and the employing unit will sign an employment contract with it (for a trial period of one year).
The employed personnel shall arrive at the post within 5 days after receiving the notice of registration, and those who fail to arrive at the post within the prescribed time limit shall be regarded as abstaining.
Longcheng District Education Bureau organizes the personnel to be hired to sign a working agreement with the employer for not less than 5 years. If the time limit stipulated in the agreement is not reached, the transfer formalities shall not be handled. Those who leave their posts without authorization shall be regarded as absenteeism and shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions.
