First, the scope of testing personnel

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can register:

Persons with Texas household registration, if the candidate's household registration is not in Texas, need to provide proof of work unit;

Persons who have obtained residence permits in Dezhou.

Note: Students must register collectively, and the school will send a delegation to the Language Office of Decheng Normal School to register.

Second, the registration procedure

Examination registration adopts online registration and online payment. The specific schedule and requirements are as follows:

Online registration

From September 14 to September 2 1 day, log on to the "Online Registration System for Putonghua Proficiency Test" for online registration.

1. Click "Online Registration" in the lower right corner of the homepage, and select "Dezhou City" in the "City" selection.

2. Select "Dezhou Putonghua Training and Testing Center" in the "test center", and then complete the registration according to the webpage prompts.

3. Fill in the personal registration information. The column marked with "*" and the contact information of candidates are required and must be filled in completely and accurately.

Photo requirements: I have bareheaded in the last 6 months, and the photos should clearly show the candidates' heads and shoulders. I am not allowed to wear hats, headscarves, hair bands and sunglasses; Black and white or color photos are acceptable; The photos are in JPG/JPEG format, and the resolution is 390 pixels× 567 pixels, not exceeding 200 K. The uploaded photos will be used for the admission ticket and the Putonghua proficiency test certificate, and life photos are not allowed.

4. After the candidates verify that the registration information is complete and correct, click "OK" to submit. After the registration deadline of September 2 1, the registration information shall not be modified to avoid the loss of candidates' information.

Candidates who register collectively in vocational schools should contact the test center, and the training and examination will be arranged by the test center.

Third, the examination arrangement

1. Print the admission ticket

Candidates are requested to log on to the registration website and print the admission ticket from June 10 to June 1-9, 2020; 10 1 to 9, and check the detailed examination information of "Instructions for Candidates" on the website of Dezhou Education Bureau.

2. Examination time and place: The specific examination time and place shall be subject to the admission ticket.

3. Candidates take the exam with their ID card, admission ticket and "Dezhou 2020 Putonghua Proficiency Test Candidates' Health Commitment Letter".

Candidates should wear masks all the time after entering the examination center and before entering the examination room, and show the Shandong health code. Candidates can decide whether to continue wearing masks after entering the examination room.

Fourth, the query results and voucher collection

1. Generally, the time from examination to certification is 3 months.

2. After the results are audited by the provincial examination center, candidates can log on to the homepage of the website of Shandong Provincial Department of Education and click "Other Links" at the bottom. Find the query of "Putonghua score query system".

3. If the level of Putonghua reaches Grade II and above, the office of the Provincial Language and Literature Working Committee will issue a national Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate, and the certificate will be notified on the website of Dezhou Education Bureau.
