I love books and write something every day. To tell the truth, I record all the daily trifles, which are difficult to be elegant, but they are all my hobbies, which can make me calm.
I also like to write China's calligraphy. These seemingly insignificant things are of great help to my state of mind. Whenever I feel impetuous, I write and write, and my blood sugar becomes very stable.
Step 3 listen
Learning knowledge requires not only all-round attention, but also all-round listening. After all, reading is still limited, but online consultation is all-round. As long as we are interested, we can learn some latest information about diabetes at home and abroad.
There are also some health talks in the hospital, so diabetic friends should attend them often, so that they can not only learn some professional knowledge about diabetes, but also meet many like-minded friends, and exchange more experience in sugar control with them, which will always yield a lot.
Step 4: Eat
Diet is the most important, especially breakfast. You must eat well. While ensuring nutrition, pay attention to controlling blood sugar. I didn't know how to match it at first. I refer to more diabetes recipes. After a long time, I am also a nutritionist.
I insist on eating less and more meals, about five meals a day, and arranged meals between two meals. I must have a big breakfast. I put a lot of bottles and jars at home, filled with millet, medlar, coix seed, glutinous rice and so on. It's all whole grains. I eat some with it every day.
Eat less Chinese food, take a nap, eat nuts, such as walnuts and pistachios, and eat fruits with low sugar content, such as grapefruit and papaya.
I usually finish dinner before six o'clock. After half an hour's rest, I will go out to exercise for an hour, take a walk and play table tennis. Then I will go home to write, eat one more meal before going to bed, eat a piece of whole wheat bread and drink a glass of milk.

After dinner, my exercise was basically finished. I basically just take a walk and play table tennis. I insist on walking ten thousand steps every day. When it's raining or snowing and it's inconvenient to go out, I will play table tennis for an hour to ensure a certain amount of exercise every day.
Facts have proved that exercise is very beneficial to my health. My heart and blood vessels have been well protected, and my blood sugar has been well controlled over the years.

I'm very picky about drinking water. I drink about 2500 ml of water every day, several times, and I don't drink much every time. I never wait until I am thirsty to drink water. Plain water is my favorite, so is light tea. I drink scented tea occasionally in summer, but I never drink it.
For wine, my opinion is moderation and selectivity. I usually drink one or two glasses of red wine in the evening. For more than ten years, it has not been found to have any effect on blood sugar, but it is good for blood vessels.
7. Music
In fact, a good attitude is not only good for blood sugar, but also good for health. I am a contented person, and I won't embarrass myself because of some trivial matters.
Every year, I will arrange a trip, not necessarily to a far place, mainly to see the mountains and rivers, feel the customs of the motherland, relax and broaden my horizons.
8. Prevention
Diabetes is not terrible, what is terrible is complications. I know that with the extension of the course of diabetes, there will always be some complications, and we can't stop it, but it may still be delayed.
Therefore, I have been paying great attention to monitoring blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids and other indicators, and insist on making records. Once I find an unstable place, I will immediately adjust my diet, medicine, mentality and exercise. At the same time, I also know that if islet B cells die completely and stop secreting insulin, then the body will completely lose the instinct of self-hypoglycemic.
