If you are from Yidu, you should bring your registration card and diploma to Yichang Education Bureau (from Bailonggang Road to Stadium Road, to the direction of 7 10 College, you can get there by bus 18, which is easy to find). There is a graduate distribution office on the first floor (10 yuan in 2009 is required). After issuing the certificate, go to Yidu Talent Exchange Center to pay the custody procedures.
