The second-level constructor needs to continue to receive education within the validity period of each registration, that is, the second-level constructor needs to be re-educated. The continuing education hours of the second-level constructor include 60 compulsory courses and 60 elective courses, and the continuing education hours of the second-level constructor can be calculated at one time or cumulatively. Two construction engineer should complete the following provisions of continuing education hours:

Apply for initial registration within three years from the date of obtaining the qualification certificate of Grade II constructor. Failing to apply or apply for registration within the time limit, the required continuing education hours shall be completed before applying for registration;

A first-class registered second-class construction engineer can only apply for renewal of registration after completing the required hours of continuing education during the registration period;
