(A) Curriculum system design
1. Curriculum structure
This professional course is divided into three levels: basic course, main course and advanced course. Basic courses are used to lay a good professional foundation and cover some core knowledge units in the knowledge system. The main course is an irreplaceable compulsory course for other majors, covering most core knowledge units in the knowledge system. Advanced courses can be compulsory or optional, reflecting the frontier of the discipline and the characteristics of the school. If some core knowledge units are not included in basic courses and main courses, they should be added to advanced courses.
In order to describe the training goal and career orientation of educational technology specialty more clearly, this specification uses the concept of core curriculum to further describe the curriculum attributes: core curriculum should cover all core units and some elective knowledge units in the knowledge system. All main courses must be core courses, and some basic courses and some advanced courses can also be core courses. According to their own conditions and the characteristics of students' employment field, each major should design a curriculum system containing relevant core courses after concretizing the training objectives and career orientation, which is suitable for the requirements of this major.
2. Main courses
For the specific undergraduate major of educational technology, the main course requires "3+5" mode.
The "3" in the model refers to the three main courses that must be offered in each professional point, including: (1) Introduction to educational technology: a course to guide students to learn educational technology well. (2) Teaching system design: the core theoretical course of educational technology specialty. (3) Research method of educational technology: the basic course of innovative training for students majoring in educational technology.
This specification gives a set of recommended main courses, including 15 courses, including: educational communication, learning science and technology, introduction to performance technology, theory and practice of teaching media, educational application of information technology, application of distance education, teaching theory of information technology courses, design and development of training courses, director and production of educational TV programs, design and development of multimedia courseware, analysis and design of educational software and processing of educational information.
The "5" in the model means that each professional point can choose 5 courses from the 15 main courses recommended by this specification according to its own actual situation, and form 8 main courses together with the 3 main courses that must be offered uniformly. On this basis, according to the characteristics of running a school, each specialty set up basic courses, main courses and advanced courses, and determined the teaching plan accordingly. At the same time, schools are also allowed to adjust or expand the main courses recommended in this specification according to the local social needs and the standards of professional knowledge system, but the reasons must be explained when evaluating and accepting.
