What is democratic education?
Democratic teaching is to teach students to learn independently, gradually reduce teachers' teaching, increase students' learning, complete the whole teaching process from "helping" to "letting go", and finally achieve "no teaching". The first principle of democratic teaching is to give up preaching. Even in new teaching, teachers do not directly teach new knowledge, but respect students' own thinking and discovery.

For the new content that should be taught by teachers, all teachers guide students to find it from textbooks, from life, from the original knowledge-what they have mastered, and from textbooks, thus guiding students to complete their learning tasks.
