The Hong Kong Vocational Education Technology Accreditation Association (OETC) is a non-governmental organization approved by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It is mainly a non-profit organization that conducts international vocational education, training and certification examinations. It was founded in AIA in central Hong Kong.
