Fill in the volunteer statement
Before filling in the volunteers in each batch, colleges and majors should be selected according to the "Guide to Filling in Volunteers for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province in 2023" and the vacancy plan announced by Shandong Education Admissions Examination Institute, and the pre-filled forms for volunteering should be filled in by classification and carefully checked to ensure accuracy.
Candidates are required to fill in their volunteers on the specified date, and the time for each batch of volunteers is 9:00- 18:00 every day. Candidates are advised to fill in their volunteers through the computer, and recommend mainstream browsers such as Edge browser (which comes with Win 10), Google browser, 360 browser, Sogou browser and QQ browser or other compatible browsers.
The auxiliary system for voluntary reporting was opened before voluntary reporting, providing functions such as plan inquiry and parallel volunteer preselection preservation. During the formal volunteering period, the auxiliary system only provides the plan query function.
If candidates take part in the college entrance examination in spring and summer at the same time, they should fill in the spring and summer college entrance examination volunteers respectively. In the same admission batch, art and sports candidates can generally only choose one kind of volunteer, art and sports. If you need to modify the volunteer, you can modify it directly on the basis of the volunteer. If you want to give up volunteering, you must delete all volunteers and submit them.
Candidates should carefully check and confirm their personal wishes on the "Volunteer View" page. After volunteering, please click the "Exit" button to exit the volunteering system safely. Candidates can refer to the operation manual to use the system.
