Children's regular education
From the perspective of children's individual development, establishing a good routine can make children's life have a reasonable rhythm, not only can make the nervous system get beneficial adjustment, but also can make children actively and happily participate in various activities and promote their health. This paper will discuss the importance of regular education to children from three aspects: the law of life, the sense of security and the ability of self-discipline.

The law of establishing life

Kindergartens make scientific and reasonable arrangements according to children's physical and psychological needs. If children live in it, they can gradually develop regular living habits, time concept and organized work ability.

Establish a sense of security

Reasonable routines create an orderly and harmonious life for children, and they naturally form a sense of rules and normative behaviors that meet the level of physical and mental development in a happy situation.

Cultivate self-discipline ability

Self-discipline refers to the ability to control yourself and obey some common rules. This ability can be gradually cultivated through daily follow-up. For example, when children are listening to stories, eating, taking a nap or doing free activities, they need to control their desires, so that they don't talk when eating, don't queue up, don't grab other people's toys and don't hurt others. Gradually, obeying the rules will become a child's independent behavior.

The correct way of formal education

Teachers should recognize children's dominant position, formulate routine on the basis of correct view of children, and regard it as a "lubricant" needed to ensure children's physical and mental development. Teachers should put forward appropriate requirements according to the actual situation of young children.
