If a student seriously violates the school rules or refuses to correct the punishment on the spot, the school can give the following punishments and inform his parents:

(1) The person in charge of school moral education shall be disciplined;

(3) Arranging for special education in school rules and regulations and codes of conduct;

(four) to suspend or restrict students from participating in off-campus collective activities such as sightseeing and off-campus collective activities;

(five) other appropriate measures stipulated by the school rules and regulations.

If students disturb the classroom or teaching order, affect others or may cause harm to others, teachers may take necessary measures to take students away from the classroom or teaching site and temporarily isolate them.

In classroom teaching and daily management, teachers can impose the following educational penalties on students who slightly violate the rules and regulations:

Primary school, junior high school, senior high school students seriously violate the rules and regulations or cause adverse effects, the school can implement the following education and punishment, and inform parents in advance:

(a) give no more than a week of suspension or suspension, and ask parents to educate and discipline at home;

(3) Arrange special courses or educational places for social workers or other professionals to provide psychological counseling and behavioral intervention.
