Academics is science, studying law. Practicality is technology and the law of application. People must understand the law before they can use it. However, scientific research must have a certain technical foundation, and scientific progress cannot be separated from technological development. The relationship between the two is unity of opposites, which is not important. There is no academic separation from practicality, and there is no practical separation from academics.
