According to the second revision of the Decision on Amending the Education Law of the People's Republic of China at the18th meeting of the NPC Standing Committee on February 27th, 20 15, according to the 28th meeting of the NPC Standing Committee on April 29th, 2002 13.
Education law is located at the first level of China's education legal system. The Education Law is a basic law based on the Constitution, which mainly stipulates the basic nature, status, tasks, basic legal principles and basic education system of China's education.
The departmental education law is located at the second level of China's educational legal system. The departmental education law is roughly composed of six departments: compulsory education law, vocational education law, higher education law, adult education law, teacher law and education fund law, and each department is formulated by the National People's Congress or its Standing Committee.
