Are teachers paid well?
As an educator with a teaching experience of 14 years, I feel I am qualified to answer this question. Nowadays, many young people's first choice for employment is examination and teaching or civil servants. One of the most attractive aspects of teacher examination is undoubtedly paid winter and summer vacations. Is the teacher's treatment really good? I think this varies from person to person! When I graduated myself, the market of private secondary schools was better than that of public secondary schools. Working in a private middle school earns much more money than working as a teacher in a public middle school, so I chose to teach in a private middle school without considering preparing for the exam. The only disadvantages are high pressure and long working hours. Hard work does not necessarily lead to a high salary. Besides attending classes, preparing lessons after class and self-improvement of teachers are also very time-consuming. I have worked for more than ten years, and now I am in a private middle school in a third-tier city. The salary can only be said to be about six or seven thousand yuan, which is not particularly good. The only good thing is to have paid holidays. My advice to young people who want to take an examination of in-service teachers is that it is best to take an examination of a system. After all, the job market is not very good now. Many private middle schools have been merged into public schools, but private teachers can't get the money in the establishment and still work as contract workers. There are too many unstable factors in reality, so try to take the public exam if you can. Aside from this public-private issue, I think it's good to be a teacher.
