Tuoxian Ethnic Primary School, built in 199 1, is the only primary school directly under the county, covering an area of about 27,780 square meters. It is a modern landmark school that the county party committee and government have invested heavily to fully implement the education-oriented strategy that people are satisfied with.

At present, a new team of teachers with high political quality, strong professional ability, courage to innovate, advanced educational concepts and mastery of modern education and teaching methods has become a solid foundation for ethnic primary schools to climb to a higher level. Most of them have become the backbone of school education and teaching. Among the teachers, 75% have won honorary awards from autonomous regions, cities and counties. Especially in the past two years, young teachers have grown rapidly. Four young teachers won the first prize of "Basic Skills Competition for Young Primary School Teachers in the County" and were selected to participate in the municipal basic skills competition. Among them, three teachers won the first prize in the municipal basic skills competition, and five young teachers were rated as county-level teaching experts, three of whom were also municipal teaching experts. These teachers are our school.

Our school pays close attention to the classroom teaching reform and explores the classroom teaching mode in the new curriculum reform. In order to combine research with practice organically and make our education and teaching work really effective, our school has carried out a comprehensive study of effectiveness with the research of Chinese, mathematics and English as the "point". Organize and carry out classroom teaching research activities such as "different teaching in the same class", "demonstration class for young teachers" and "demonstration class for backbone teachers" to improve teaching quality. In the investigation, we cooperate, share wisdom, express our opinions, and truly feel what is the most effective teaching mode.

Dance teams, choirs and painting groups have participated in cultural and artistic activities held in counties and cities for many times, and all of them have performed well and won unanimous praise from the society.

With the unremitting efforts of all teachers and students, ethnic primary schools are coming from yesterday's glory and are showing today's moving style. In recent years, the school has won more than ten honors, such as "Autonomous Region Compulsory Education Demonstration School", "Hohhot Quality Education Advanced Collective" and "China Child Safety Action Demonstration School". Every year, we can win a considerable number of medals in the national mathematics "Hope Cup" competition and English competition, and our school has been rated as "excellent unit" in the performance appraisal of primary and secondary education and teaching in the county organized by the county government for several years in a row. In the future, we will, as always, work hard and strive for new development and new leap.
