"Frustration education" has no clear definition and mainstream theory, and some related viewpoints are slowly changing.

The earliest viewpoint of "frustration education" is to let children suffer more setbacks in order to improve their ability to resist setbacks. There are many examples of frustration education abroad: every winter in Japan, children are allowed to crawl around naked in the snow, and their lips are purple with cold, but parents stand aside and ignore them, so as to cultivate their fighting spirit and perseverance.
