After one year's internship, my administrative practice office is the "counseling room". In the small consulting room, there are only the director, Ms. Mei Fang and my three members. Although it is not as lively as other offices, it is relatively warmer.

We can help and cooperate with each other in many school-wide counseling activities or case discussions. From these activities, the feelings between my teacher and me gradually increased.

Teachers should not only teach knowledge, but also manage classroom discipline and communicate with students individually. I was nervous at first, because I was inexperienced and weak in adaptability.
