Vocational schools should run schools according to law and manage independently in accordance with the articles of association.

Vocational schools can carry out the following activities in running schools:

(a) according to the needs of the industry, according to the law to set up their own professional;

(two) according to the standards of vocational education to develop talent training programs, according to the law to choose or write professional course materials;

(three) according to the needs of cultivating technical and skilled personnel, independently set up the learning system and arrange the teaching process;

(four) on the basis of the basic academic system, adjust the length of study appropriately and implement the flexible learning system;

(5) Choose professional teachers independently according to law.
