Admonishing conversation is a reminder, not a punishment. Admonishing conversation is mainly about talking and admonishing party member cadres who have slight disciplinary behaviors or problems with signs and tendencies, so as to achieve the purpose of greeting in advance, reminding in time and saving through education.

Article 9 Types of administrative punishment: (1) Warning and informed criticism; (two) fines, confiscation of illegal income and confiscation of illegal property; (three) the license is temporarily withheld, the qualification level is lowered, and the license is revoked; (4) Restricting production and business activities, ordering production and business suspension, ordering closure and restricting employment; (5) Administrative detention; (6) Other administrative penalties as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

Article 11 Administrative regulations may set administrative penalties other than restricting personal freedom. The law has stipulated administrative penalties for illegal acts, and if administrative regulations need to make specific provisions, they must be stipulated within the scope of the acts, types and ranges of administrative penalties stipulated by law. The law does not stipulate administrative punishment for illegal acts, and administrative regulations can supplement administrative punishment for the implementation of the law. If the administrative penalty is to be increased, opinions shall be widely listened to through hearings, demonstration meetings and other forms, and written explanations shall be given to the enacting organ. When administrative regulations are submitted for the record, supplementary administrative penalties shall be explained.
