First of all, register and pay the fee in the application system of foreign academic degree certification in the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education. Secondly, there are two places to apply for degree certification in Shanghai: Shanghai Education International Exchange Association and Shanghai Service Center for Returned Overseas Students.

Prepare proof materials

Prepare certification materials, including a two-inch photo (with white background and blue background), original and photocopy of degree certificate and report card, translation of degree certificate and report card (required by qualified translation company), original and photocopy of passport (the first and last pages of passport, all visa pages during studying abroad, and visas for other countries should also be copied), and authorization statement.
