Students who need financial aid submit their applications, and after being audited by China Education Funding Network, they will be announced to the public through the platform and receive financial aid directly.

One-to-one funding-funding conditions:

Anyone who meets any of the following conditions 1-5 can apply for funding.

1. Full-time students at school.

2. Poor rural students with one or both parents dead or incapacitated and no other source of income.

3. Poor urban students whose parents are laid-off workers and have not been re-employed.

4. Poor students whose families have suffered irresistible unexpected disasters and are in financial difficulties.

5. Under the same conditions, orphans or disabled children (including their own disabilities) are preferred.

One-to-one fund application channel:

1. Reported by the Political and Educational Affairs Office of each school, and the application form can be downloaded from China Education Funding Network. After students fill in the form as required, they can scan it with the official seal of the school. Then the school will send it back to the designated mailbox of China Education Funding Network.

2. Students apply for financial aid by themselves. Students are informed by the school to apply for registration for education in China, and eligible poor students are screened for funding after being verified by the website.
