What are the constitutive elements of educational legal responsibility?
Legal subjectivity:

The constitutive elements of educational legal responsibility mainly include the following aspects: (1) damaging facts; (2) The damage behavior must violate the education law; (3) The actor is subjectively at fault; (4) There is a causal relationship between the illegal act and the fact of damage. Only when the subject of educational legal relationship has the above four imputation elements of educational legal responsibility can it be recognized as the subject of educational legal responsibility and should bear the corresponding legal consequences.

Legal objectivity:

Article 83 of the Education Law violates the provisions of this Law and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of teachers, educatees, schools or other educational institutions, causing losses and damages, and shall bear civil liability according to law.
