Second, qualifications.
(1) basic conditions
1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality.
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, and have good conduct and professional ethics.
3. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally, and meet the national medical examination standards for civil servants.
(2) Post conditions
1. Education.
Bachelor degree or above (see attachment 1 for details).
2. Age requirements.
Undergraduate students are under 30 years old (born on or after July 3 1993), master students are under 35 years old (born on or after July 3 1988), and doctoral students are under 40 years old (1July 3 1).
3. Have the teacher qualification certificate corresponding to the application position.
For those who have not yet obtained the teacher qualification certificate, but have obtained the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers or the professional ability certificate of teachers in normal schools within the validity period, they can apply for the corresponding positions according to the years of study and teaching subjects on the certificate or certificate. Before signing the employment contract, you must obtain and provide the teacher qualification certificate corresponding to the applied position. If you don't get it, you won't sign the employment contract.
In 2023 and 2022, those who failed to obtain the teacher qualification certificate in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination due to the epidemic situation (the written report or interview report of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination in 2023 and 2022 was marked as "Yes") can apply for the corresponding positions according to the study sections and teaching disciplines reflected in the report. If the teacher qualification certificate corresponding to the applied position is not obtained during the probation period, the employment contract shall be terminated according to law.

4. Be able to obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate of the corresponding academic system on time. Those who have a postgraduate degree must have a bachelor's degree and a bachelor's degree, and the majors and academic qualifications used for registration must be consistent.
Applicants from universities outside the country (territory) are required to provide academic degree certification certificate from the Ministry of Education.
Undergraduate and master graduates should obtain corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates before July 3, 2023, and doctoral graduates should obtain corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates before February 3, 2023.
Those who fail to obtain the corresponding graduation certificate and degree certificate within the specified time shall be disqualified from introducing employment.

5. Persons who are included in the list of untrustworthy persons.
6. Personnel who conceal information, impersonate, practise fraud, violate examination discipline or falsify files.
7. Other circumstances that may not be employed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Third, policy treatment.
1. Implement career establishment.
2. The scope of introduction of doctoral students in University I is 6.5438+0.2 million yuan, the scope of introduction of graduate students in University I and the scope of introduction of doctoral students in University II is 60,000 yuan.
3. The introduction of a class of colleges and universities to recruit undergraduate graduates and the introduction of second-and third-class colleges and universities to recruit graduate students will be given a resettlement fee of 30,000 yuan.
4. In 2023, the top 200 overseas college graduates of QS World University will enjoy relevant policy treatment with reference to the scope of introduction.
5. According to the Interim Provisions on Implementing Certain Talents Policies, the Implementation Opinions of Daqing Municipal People's Government Office on Preferential Policies for Purchasing Houses by Farmers and Talents in Daqing, the policies and measures of "Five Exemptions", "Six Supplements" and "Seven Excellent" for embracing new citizens in Daqing, and the Implementation Plan for Strengthening and Improving Talents Work in the New Period, they will receive housing subsidies, and each person can only enjoy the housing subsidy policy once.

6. Probation period for introducing talents 1 year. If the probation period expires, the employer and the imported talents will sign the "Integrity Agreement" and cash the policy treatment funds according to the procedures.
Those who have introduced talents to work in Daqing for three years and proposed to be transferred outside the city or resign shall return 50% of the paid policy treatment funds.
Four. Registration method and import procedure
Registration and qualification examination.
Since the date of the announcement, applicants can contact the municipal post setting school to register. The deadline for registration and qualification examination is February 28, 2023, and registration will not be accepted after the deadline.
2. Ability evaluation.

4. Publicity and procedures.
