Problems existing in the training of cadres and related personnel
Existing problems:

First, the supply and demand of education and training are out of line. Some units do not pay enough attention to the education and training of cadres. When selecting students, they are too worried about affecting their work. They are used to sending veteran comrades or cadres who have not undertaken core business to participate in training. Cadres who really need to be trained and recharged miss training opportunities because of the contradiction between work and study, resulting in "training is not a person."

Second, the education and training guarantee is insufficient. At present, education and training funds mainly rely on financial expenditure. Due to the limited funds, most of the training can only be conducted in the city, and the way is mostly classroom teaching, which can not achieve the training effect.

As for the teaching staff, the Party School, as the main training position, is short of high-level teachers, and the teaching means and methods are single. Some training teachers are not updated in time, so it is difficult to adapt to the changing needs of cadre training under the new situation.

Third, the form of education and training is not alive. At present, the form of cadre education and training is rigid and single, and the content of education and training lacks pertinence. Generally, "full-hall irrigation" is adopted in class, and the teaching method lacks innovation, which makes students sound monotonous. In terms of training content, there is a lack of research on "problems" and little training on ability improvement. The consistency and step of training are not strong, so it is difficult to do classified and graded training.

Fourth, the management of education and training is not strict. "Regulations on Cadre Education and Training" and "20 18-2022 Cadre Education and Training Plan" put forward clear requirements for cadres to participate in training, but there are still some problems in actual operation, such as insufficient system implementation, imperfect comprehensive quantitative evaluation and training effect mechanism.
