Yamamoto Mika's Entry Experience
Mika Yamamoto (1967) was born in Yamanashi Prefecture, north of Tokyo, Japan in May. Influenced by the journalist's father, Mika Yamamoto has been interested in the media since he was a child. There are always a lot of newspapers and books around him. Besides, she is also interested in education. As a student, she had a vague yearning for the university education system and liked the educational practice in teaching courses very much. Because of his wide interests, Yamamoto has been worried about how to choose the road after graduation during his college years. Seeing that there are thousands of people who want to work in the media, Yamamoto was once not very confident and wanted to give up on the pretext of "being from a local university". After rushing to take the teacher recruitment exam, I heard that CS Radio was recruiting people, thinking that since being a media is my dream, I might as well have a good challenge, and finally I passed and was admitted to the TV station. In retrospect, she felt it was right not to give up the challenge. No matter whether she succeeds in the end, she struggles for her ideal without any regrets.

The work of the TV station is very hard, especially the newcomers are very busy, and the overtime time even reaches 200 hours, almost taking the company as a residence. The work is so hard, but Yamamoto is still very happy when he thinks about his favorite job. Every day, he makes new discoveries and keeps learning new things. She can't even imagine how she got here at that time. In the work of challenging self-limits, Yamamoto learned the skills of using cameras and interviewing, and developed a responsible working attitude. Although she is now a freelance writer and is free to do what she wants, her experience in the company has benefited her a lot. She feels that she has accumulated a lot of experience working in the company. She told young people that if they want to achieve great goals, they should put them into action. Attitude is very important from doing everything in front of you.
