What kind of complications do you mean?
Emergency complications: first use syndrome, imbalance syndrome, hypertension, hypotension, arrhythmia, heart failure, fever, nausea and vomiting, muscle spasm, hemolysis, bleeding, air embolism, and severe electrolyte disorder.
These are easy to happen during dialysis, and doctors and nurses will deal with them urgently.
Long-term complications: cardiovascular complications (cardiac insufficiency, hypertension, hypotension, arrhythmia, pericarditis, pericardial effusion)
Renal osteodystrophy
Changes in blood system (anemia, bleeding and dysfunction of coagulation mechanism, i.e. bleeding and coagulation)
infect
Internal fistula stenosis and dysfunction
Catheter infection, bleeding, poor blood flow, air embolism, thromboembolism
Doctors and nurses in general hospitals will give health education to patients and guide the usual precautions.
