There should be full-time and part-time teachers suitable for the scale and level of running a school, with a total of not less than 6 teachers, including not less than 2 full-time teachers. The employed teachers have the teaching qualifications and academic requirements stipulated by the state, among which the teachers who carry out high school education and training institutions should have a bachelor's degree or above and a high school teacher qualification certificate. 3. There must be stable, centralized and safe standards and the surrounding environment that meets the requirements of running a school. The construction area of teaching and office buildings is not less than 200 square meters. If the school is leased, the lease term shall not be less than 3 years. 4. The registered capital is not less than RMB 654.38+10,000, which must be verified and evaluated by an accounting firm. Article 6 The establishment of a company shall apply to the company registration authority for registration according to law. Those that meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall be registered as limited liability companies or joint stock limited companies respectively by the company registration authority; Those who do not meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock limited company. Where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, the approval procedures shall be handled according to law before the company is registered. The public may apply to the company registration authority to inquire about the registered items of the company, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services.
