Understand students and be a smart teacher.
On April 20th, 20 19, I listened to the lecture "Teaching and Learning from the Children's Position" by Song Jun, a teacher from Jinshui Experimental Primary School in Zhengzhou. Teacher Song Jun is a famous teacher in the Central Plains and a teacher with "wisdom". Teacher Song tells us that we should understand students from the standpoint of children in teaching by combining his rich teaching cases and interesting stories.

Students are the subject of learning and the object of education, so in the teaching process, we should set every question and every goal from the standpoint of children and understand students.

Teacher Song told us that students should do this from the following seven aspects. First, we should understand the starting point of students' learning and be good at letting students explore and discover for themselves; The second is to understand students' thinking, which is very different from our adult thinking; Third, to understand students' mistakes, children should find out where the root causes are; Fourth, we should understand students' doubts and enhance students' wisdom in cognitive conflicts; Fifth, we should understand students' classroom behavior; Sixth, we should understand students' thoughts and let them think, so that teaching can get twice the result with half the effort. Understand students' emotions, so as to help teachers understand students and communicate with them better.

Understanding students is the embodiment of wisdom. Understand that students respect their individual consciousness. It is not easy to understand students, but as teachers, we must learn to understand students.

The short lecture is over, leaving us with more thoughts. Only by understanding students can teachers master the key to open students' hearts. Only by understanding students can we really understand them, understand their performance as "why" and their reaction as "why".
