Relevant requirements of the Opinions
The "Opinions" require that the supply of urban degrees be expanded in an orderly manner, the basic conditions for running compulsory education in the region should be optimized and improved according to the development needs and financial situation of compulsory education, and necessary compulsory education schools should be built, renovated and expanded to meet the enrollment needs of urban students and avoid the phenomenon of new large classes.
"Encourage all localities to build nine-year compulsory education schools. In central cities where school space is difficult to expand, actively explore the comprehensive utilization model of school buildings and improve the efficiency of school space utilization. " The "Opinions" emphasized.
In terms of improving the school's ability to run a school, the "Opinions" stated that it supports the construction of school network facilities and equipment, as well as special classrooms, famous teacher classrooms and famous teacher network classrooms, and pays more attention to supporting the improvement of rural compulsory education teachers' teaching level, promoting online teaching, promoting the open sharing of quality education resources, and accelerating the narrowing of the gap between urban and rural areas.
