Keep walking, and meet the bandits. After connecting the two floors, take the top stairs on the left. Go straight to see Morrison.

Go straight, take the upper right stairs, and then take the lower right stairs after entering. Go straight ahead and you will reach the tower soon.

There are two stairs in the tower. Take the left one.
