Local courses are formulated according to the practical problems faced by regional economic, cultural or community development and their special development requirements for future members. It is inseparable from the specific community needs and curriculum resources, rooted in a specific region from the beginning, and always faces the region. Therefore, scientific and cultural activities are local courses.
