Interim Measures for the Management of Online Training Credits for College Teachers
Rule number one In order to promote students to better and more conveniently carry out online training and learning, standardize the management of online training for college teachers, and promote the combination of online training and school-based training in colleges and universities, these measures are formulated.
Rule number two The term "online training" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the online training of university teachers that students participate in through the channels of "online training" and "university learning center" on the platform of the national network training center for university teachers.
Rule three. Online training credits are the scoring units obtained by college teachers in each training link after completing online learning tasks, which are used to count and manage the learning amount required for students to meet training requirements and obtain graduation certificates.
Article 4? Students will receive corresponding credits if they participate in online course video content learning, live lectures, exchanges and discussions, and submit their homework. Students have completed 5 credits (1 credits converted into 5 hours of continuing education), completed the minimum credit requirements of each learning link, and obtained the online training certificate through the examination. The minimum credit requirements for each learning link are as follows:
Article 5? When online students get more than 5 credits, the credits will be accumulated in real time and can be used for credit identification of other training courses. After the certificate is printed, the accumulated credits will be deducted automatically.
Article 6? The rules for determining students' credits through the online learning center for college teachers are jointly agreed by the school and the online training center. If the school has no special requirements, it shall be implemented according to the above online training credit management rules. However, within the validity period of one year, the maximum credit recognized by the online training center for each student shall not exceed 10 credit (converted into 50 hours).
Article 7? The online training center shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures.
Article 8? These Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Interim Measures for the Selection of Excellent Students for Online Training of University Teachers
In order to promote students to make better use of the learning platform of the National Network Training Center for College Teachers of the Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Network Training Center"), create a good online learning atmosphere, and improve the quality and effect of learning, the Network Training Center commends outstanding students in the training process and awards them the honorary title of "Excellent Students".
First, the scope of choice
The selection of outstanding students in the online training center is held regularly, and all officially registered online students can participate in the selection. The proportion of outstanding students shall not exceed 10% of the registered trainees.
Second, the selection conditions
Participants must also meet the following conditions:

3. Students who have won the title of "Excellent Student" will receive the "Training Certificate for Key Teachers in Colleges and Universities" jointly signed by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education and the Teacher Work Department, and affix the seal of "Excellent Student".
Four, the measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the online training center shall be responsible for the interpretation.
