Special post teachers are a special policy implemented by the central government for rural compulsory education in the western region. By openly recruiting college graduates to teach in rural schools below the "two basics" counties in the western region, we will guide and encourage college graduates to engage in rural compulsory education, innovate the supplementary mechanism of rural school teachers, gradually solve the problems of insufficient total number of rural school teachers and unreasonable structure, improve the overall quality of rural teachers, and promote the balanced development of urban and rural education. Employment Agreement is the abbreviation of National Employment Agreement for College Graduates, also known as Tripartite Agreement. It is a written form that clarifies the rights and obligations of graduates, employers and schools in graduate employment, and can solve a series of related problems such as household registration, archives, insurance and provident fund for recent graduates. The agreement will be automatically terminated after the graduates report to the unit and the employer formally accepts it. Employment agreements are generally prepared by the Ministry of Education or the competent employment departments of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Employment agreement is the labor guarantee for interns during their internship.
No employment agreement is signed, and if a labor contract is signed:
1. If a special post teacher resigns, he/she shall submit a written resignation report to his/her unit one month in advance and send it to the Personnel Department of the District Education Bureau for approval after being signed by the person in charge of the unit.
2. If a teacher fails to submit a written resignation report to his unit, he will leave automatically; After submitting a written resignation report, teachers must continue to work before being approved by the Education Bureau. Those who leave without authorization will leave automatically. The file, personnel and salary relationship of teachers who leave their posts automatically will not be transferred.
3. The Personnel Section of the Education Bureau will submit the list of resignees to the office meeting of the Director of Education Bureau for discussion.
4. If the director agrees to resign after discussion at the office meeting, he shall go through the resignation and handover procedures at the unit where he works, and the person in charge of the unit shall issue a certificate for completing the resignation and handover procedures.
5. The resignee shall issue a certificate of termination of employment contract to the Personnel Section of the Education Bureau with the certificate of the unit where he works, and transfer the personal file and personnel salary relationship of the resigned teacher to the district talent exchange center.
6. Resignation teachers should go through the formalities of personnel agency at the district talent exchange center with the certificate of termination of employment contract within 30 days.
7. Regarding liquidated damages, the labor contract signed with the Education Bureau involves the amount of liquidated damages and should be paid. It is best to consult the education department for specific related matters.
