According to the Pocket College Entrance Examination, in 2023, the minimum admission scores for ordinary classes approved by Zibo Teachers College were: 430 for physics and 426 for history.

Zibo Normal University is a full-time college sponsored by Zibo Municipal People's Government with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The school, formerly known as Zibo Normal School, was founded in 195 1. In 2000, the former Zibo Normal School merged with the former Zibo No.2 Normal School.
