Longchang Gas Mine Memorial Hall is located in Shengdeng Town, Longchang City, the former site of Longchang Gas Mine Carbon Black Factory. It is a patriotic education base in Neijiang City, a patriotic education base in Sichuan Province, a patriotic education base in Sichuan Province, and an enterprise spirit education base in China Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation. It is also the core area of Shengdeng Mountain Scenic Area.
